A specially designed series of Human Resource Essentials for Nonprofit Leaders, of organizations with less than 50 employees……this 4 module course examines how workplace decisions, made with knowledge, minimizes risk and maximizes performance. You will become familiar with an abundance of resources and receive tools to help you better administer and manage:

ABCs of Employment Law Compliance and Making It Work for Your Mission

Assessing Organizational Needs and the Employment Process – Templates for job descriptions, job expectations, performance appraisals,

Mission-Driven Hiring: Recruiting, Interviewing, Selection – Templates for best practice interview questions AND answers

Orienting New Employees and Managing Performance

Supervising based on leadership styles , coupled with assessment of motivation vs. training

Class dates will be Wednesdays on March 4, 11, 18, 25. Breakfast will be served.
